A deadly fire in a shed behind a home in Provo early Friday is under investigation A fire and possible explosion in a shed behind a Provo home kills one person and injures another. The Salt Lake Tribune Oct. 21, 2022, 2:16 p.m. Updated: 2:37 p.m.A deadly fire in a shed behind a home in Provo early Friday is under investigation According to Provo Fire & Rescue, the firefighters were called to a home near 1600 West and 1050 North at about 6:30 a.m. Neighbors reported an explosion, and when crews arrived they found a detached shed behind the house on fire. One person was dead and a second was injured, according to authorities. The victims’ identities have not been released, and there was no information about the condition of the injured person.The home was not damaged. Read more:
