Click to learn more. phoenix CRE Toll Brothers Inc. purchased 20 acres in Maricopa County to build more houses, plus more of the latest and biggest real estate deals from across the Valley. Mesquite Fresh Street Mex, a modern Mexican restaurant brand by family-owned AR Concepts, is planning to open a new location in Tolleson in mid-2023.The 1,205-square-foot location, with a dual lane drive-thru, is planned near the northeast corner of 99th Avenue and Van Buren Street, the restaurant chain said. One of the unique design elements of the new restaurant is that it will have a window in the drive-thru lane where customers can watch their food being grilled in the kitchen. The eatery also will have a 900-square-foot covered outdoor patio. Read more:
