Fans dress up as Dr Disrespect for Halloween

For the last four years, fans have been dressing as Dr Disrespect for a competition that was first held in 2018. And from there on every year fans have been dressing up as him to cosplay as the Two Time getting his appreciation in the process. Now as Halloween is already here for 2022, fans have been getting back to the costume party with a red life jacket and red tainted sunglass.
