Unfortunately, it arrived towards the end of the year and was arguably overshadowed by a lot of Nintendo's first-party titles. If you were one of the Switch users who may have added it to your wishlist at the time, but never got around to actually purchasing it, you can now go ahead and download a demo of the game from either the US or UK eShop. It's only 87MB and the full game isn't much bigger if you decide to purchase it. I like this company's games. I loved Art of Balance. I wasn't into the blocky character look. I'm not a fan of that whole minecraft aesthetic thing with the people being blocky but the lighting in this game of course looks great and the description makes it sound super chill to play and mess around. I may consider it. I've just played the demo and it looks utterly gorgeous and the gameplay kind of had a Fez vibe, a definite purchase for me The demo is not currently available on the UK eshop. Is like to check this out, so maybe I'll check back later I downloaded it last night from the UK eshop and I wasn't even looking for it, I'd just searched the word demo to see what was available This is a underrated gem. Such smooth gameplay, gorgeous lighting, controls work nicely, great vibe. IMO Shin’en deserves strong sales for putting out such a polished and charming title. I really wanted to enjoy this game but it's mostly a collection of mini-games, some of which don't work very well. Such a fun game, do try it out.. didn't have problems with the bosses (just figure out the trick), did found the bubbles in the Hawaii temple a bit irritating, but one of the few games i really didn't want to stop and finish 100% seems the old days of demos coming out before the game releashed are long gone, as good as this game is it just seems companys dont have faith on their games when they release demos after its out alawys think of Magnum when i see him It should be available. It's a VERY short demo. Literally got to the demo end screen in 5mins. and in glorious 60 fps. The devs are masters of programming for Nintendo consoles. they certainly are and all under 300mb too, it just blows my mind. Even more so when you take into account Fast Rmx which looks and runs better then some efforts on the other consoles This is clearly a game that I'm going to enjoy, but I just have too many games to to get through at the moment. I'll have a go at free demo though and put it on my pile of shame if it ever goes on sale. and . Thanks. I was checking on the eshop through my browser. I'll check on the Switch when I'm home. I downloaded this demo a few days ago. I beat the demo in about 5 minutes. It didn't really give me a good feel for the game. It felt like it was just the intro and didn't give me much insight to whether I'd enjoy it or not.
Great visual style though! Wait, is the Magnum P.I. dude's hair flopping around when he walks? That's a great touch! I will give the demo a spin.
