When a designer shares a concept to LEGO's Ideas website, their creation is guaranteed to be reviewed if it gains 10,000 votes and plenty of . Sadly, and likely thanks to licensing issues above all else, none of these sets have ever been officially picked up by LEGO. Now, though, having seen Nintendo collaborate with the Danish brickmakers for the very first time to release , one fan is trying their luck once again. A teenager called Liam, who goes by the name Brixter on YouTube, has created a new design based on Link's look from . Featuring Link's new but immediately iconic blue tunic, Silent Princess flowers, and even a Korok, the design catches the eye thanks to its unique and poseable structure. Images: Brixter Speaking to Nintendo Life, Liam says, "My project takes a different angle on the franchise, recreating the most iconic character from Breath of the Wild at an instantly recognisable and completely poseable scale. Unfortunately, I think that nintendo releasing its own sets means there will be no Lego Ideas set coming any time soon... How many Lego news do you have to post per day? Looks way cooler than Mario xx Well done. Well made. That is, approximately, 1000x cooler than the Mario lego. In the video when he was showing the movement of the Link, all i had in my head was the Macarena They didn't go for the stable, I don't see them going for this. Terrible graphics. Link looks very blocky, as if he's made out of Lego or something. Last I heard, the stable was still under review, unless I missed something and it got denied? It's definitely just a lazy port. Yep it is definitely not being made, there's an official message on the project page:
Ah, I didn’t realize they posted the review results. That stinks Keep the faith people. One day, we'll be getting Lego Zelda sets. One day. Nice but as with Mario, I would prefer an 8 bit Lego style. What sets? Did I miss something? My kids would argue with you on that. yep, type lego mario on the search here Why do they keep making the lamest Nintendo sets? Can’t we get just a regular play set once in a while? That is a fantastic effort, but I don’t think it’s quite there yet in terms of going to market. I hope Zelda LEGO, when it happens, is mind blowing Leave A Comment Hold on there, you need to to post a comment...
