The Warriors have started off 3-5 and Thompson has come under criticism recently from Charles Barkley for his lackluster play. But Klay’s response has bewildered Chuck and NBA fans have seemingly turned on the four-time champion. However, this did not go down well with Thompson as he responded to Chuck. He told that he had two season-ending injuries in consecutive years and he needs time to get back to being the player he was. I said a few years ago that I thought he was the best two-way guard in the NBA. But because of age and injuries, he’s not the same player. I didn’t say he was a bum. I’m saying he’s not the same player.”

NBA fans seemed to agree with Chuck and they mocked for his comments. They were surprised to see Thompson take it so personally and asked him to man up.
