Pokémon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl Will Launch In A Special Double Pack Nintendo Life

Standalone editions available too, of course! by Share: As if today's release date news wasn't enough, Nintendo has now revealed that a special double pack featuring both games will also hit store shelves. Just like the before it, this special bundle will unsurprisingly include both games in a single package, perfect for anyone who's already set on buying and owning both versions. It'll release on the same day as the standalone and digital editions – 19th November. - Nintendo of America (@NintendoAmerica) Currently, the double pack has been confirmed for North America, Europe and Australia / New Zealand. The release date for was also confirmed earlier today; the new take on Pokémon's Sinnoh region . Is it just us, or does all of this news feel like it could (should?) have been part of E3? Related Games Share: About Ryan can list the first 151 Pokémon all in order off by heart – a feat he calls his ‘party trick’ despite being such an introvert that he’d never be found anywhere near a party. He’d much rather just have a night in with Mario Kart and a pizza, and we can’t say we blame him. Comments ) I can't wait for this. That’s awesome, I love double packs. NINJA APPROVED this makes me think we might not be getting a pokemon presents soon... i hope im wrong :') Gen 4 is probably one of my least favorite gens, but they are still super solid games and I have a TON of nostalgia for it. And as a game collector (of sorts), the prices for the originals on DS are insane on the second-hand market. I'm really hoping the remakes being readily available will not only make the gen more accessible to the general public, but will also deflate the prices of the DS originals. Either way, it is looking like Nintendo is expecting the games to sell well with the huge Pokemon demand going on right now. And based on current Pokemon sale records on Switch, they have good reason to expect that. I got the double pack for Sword and Shield so you bet I'm getting this too. Insert South Park "and it's gone" image here. I might get this so I can give one to the kid. Probably cheaper than buying them separately. they’ve got to promote the preorders somehow though. So some in depth information is still required. And we need the release date for Pokemon Unity still . So we are not even getting a steelbook in that double pack this time? Will definitely wait to get these games pre owned.
I dont want Nintendo getting any of my money for overpriced ports. y tho? No, i can't think of anything more to say Next year, they can sale the double pack that includes an expansion pass that unlocks the Battle Frontier and Stark Mountain post game that should be in the game already. Most people just trade with someone online to get them all I'm super looking forward to these remakes! Gen 4 is up there as one of my favourites, and Pearl/Platinum got me through some pretty stressful times in uni. Well, it is pretty easy to trade them online. Because: money. Maybe I'm just impossible to please, and this is still better than Sword and Shield's box art, where it was just the Legendary Pokémon and the logo in front of a white background, but at least it was hand-drawn artwork of the Legendaries. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the first time we've seen CG renders of the Legendaries on the box art of a mainline title, and I don't think I'm okay with that... "Is it just us, or does all of this news feel like it could (should?) have been part of E3?" Pokémon is usually not at E3. Why do they always release 2 versions of the same game with really minor differences for the low low price of $/£100
I'd be surprised if I felt the urge to get both Probably, cheaper? None of the other double packs offered a savings of any kind. It's simply a ploy they can get away with since they know Pokemon diehards love to buy both versions compulsively. SWSH was 100 when I bought it new. So yeah. Cheaper. But as always folks like you gotta show up right. Find anyone positive or happy and spit on them. It's what you enjoy, right? Lol wow, way to jump to conclusions. Whenever I checked the dual packs they were never available at a discount here in the US. If you found it cheaper, then all the power to you! Please don't assume the worst in people... Not getting a double pack, but Pearl is my jam for sure
I purchased the SWSH dual-pack on Amazon for £94.99. Each of the games were £49.99 at the time of release, so I saved £5 by grabbing the dual-pack instead. Not a huge saving, but it’s money that stayed in my bank. Nintendo are actually putting these decade plus old DS games against Horizon 2 and Halo Infinite thos holiday that is hilarious and embarrassing I am going to wait until after release to get diamond and see what people have to say about it as sword disappointed me. Also I hate the CG legendaries for the box art. Oh and I just noticed it is also releasing the same day as the FFXIV expansion early access. Even if I was interested in getting it day one FFXIV would be taking too much of my time. Those decade old games will comfortably outsell both Halo and Horizon 2 I already have a complete Pokedex in Pokemon Home. Plus the Diamond Remakes don't look very good and gen4 is one of my least favorite Pokemon games. Imagine spending $120 for a 3DS game. It would be dumb not to release these in standalone You're going to make me get this. Dang you Ninty. Dang you. Leave A Comment Hold on there, you need to to post a comment...
