That's something I haven't seen in a platform fighter before (that I'm aware of); that's a really good way to help this game stand out! I also noticed that there isn't a side special attack; that's interesting, and seems like a decent enough trade-off for having lights/strongs. I don't think I'll get this day one, but it definitely looks like a fun time. I'll definitely get the steam version when a fan inevitably mods proper stage music and voice samples into the game. The more they show, the less interested I get. I mean it still looks like a fun Smash-clone, but it’s a definite discount bin game to me. I'd buy that for a dollar But really, I'd get it for about $40, not $60 unless it reviews extremely well. Hmmmmmm I will stick to smash bros and Playstation all stars battle royale Suspected that he would be the mario of the series I absolutely love the references in every corner How original, not! I feel like people are crapping on the game, But I blame nick for how the game will look in the end, bc they can make a neat looking game, I mean they said that they didn't have the money to do voice acting work. I really hope they add voice clips later on because I'm excited! Game keeps getting better and better!
Super excited!
Maybe they will add voices after the game has raked in a certain amount. The total lack of voices/grunts/vocalizations of any kind really is unfortunate, IMO. I know I mentioned that before, but, gosh, I'm sayin' it again! Still, I'm curious and am hoping this'll turn out to be a really solid game. Is it obviously lower-budgeted? Yeah. Is it looking rough and imperfect now? Sure. But my inner 80s/90s child is rooting for this. Well, a lot of us are in a "bubble" right now... Super Smash knock-off.. and the fact that there’s no voices for the animation is a major downfall.. it’s just quiet fighting.. even lame WWE wrestling is better than this, at least they grunt and make noises.. how boring is this game seriously.. shouldn’t have made it without the voice clips/actors.. what a disappointment.. I was looking forward to this I'm disappointed that there are no voices for the characters, nearly every fighting game since Street Fighter 2 has had them. Having nothing there after all these years of playing fighters really makes the absence stand out. Do you like monopolies? For those crapping on the game go look at the mechanics trailer. There is a good amount of depth to this game and it’s different from smash in several key ways. Like wave dashing, strafing, heavy attacks in the air, movement with grabs, grabbing projectiles, and air grabs. I really do hope that nick sees the support it hopefully gets to add voice lines and more updates throughout the years Leave A Comment Hold on there, you need to to post a comment...
