Comments ) It’s a Lego game I’ll wait for a sale Wow and I thought Disney was flogging the hell out of Star Wars.
I played episode 1-3, then was going to go back to the next ones but other games keep on popping up so I'll get back to it at some point.
Don't really see the point in the extra characters, it just screws up the game, playing the first episode against Darth Maul as Rey is just stupid Honestly new characters is not really gonna make want to play the game more especially if I already 100 percent completed it but the new addition is cool. The game has so many characters in the base game. It was fun to collect everything. Still I think it would be wise to wait at least a year before I buy a game. Why not get more for the same price? Oh that "Summer Vacation" serie was just a commercial for the Star Wars themed Disney Hotel . Now they want us to play in it as well.. Poor Chopper and Zeb got cut out of the Rebels pack. , Chopper got the chop eh, well that's one thing I did not think I would be typing today, already got my special deluxe for the Series X, more than enough for me. Thats actually very disappointing Chopper was my favorite you forgot Kallus as well I really don't know that I'd go back just for new characters. Add new content and we'll talk. This game really disappointed with how small and shallow the levels were in it I don't think I'll be touching this game as much as I expected to. The gameplay is really underwhelming. Damn you dlc ..been waiting on a decent sale on the dlc packs... Feels silly buying "skins" but it's Star Wars I suppose, played thru a couple episodes and find the game to be a bit repetitive and tedious, hopefully will go back eventually Yeah true, no Kallus is pretty disappointing. If they did another Rebels pack then they could throw in a couple of inquisitors too. I wish they’d re release the original Lego game collection as well. I love the new one but I miss the old one too and would love to play it on the switch. "Your (dlc) will make a fire addition to my collection!" I want a Lego KOTOR collection remake, also. So even if you bought the deluxe edition, you still need to pay more money to get all the dlc. Like the deluxe edition was promised to give you. Most of these characters should have been in the game in the first place. I've not seen it mentioned anywhere but is this game really a "code in the box" scenario for the Switch? Every retailer image I've seen has that on the boxart. Ugh, why can't they add new worlds and story content that these characters are actually from? I’d like that more, I don’t really get these character packs but if they had mini episodes for rogue one, andor, Mando etc I’d buy those straight away the inquisitors aren’t exclusive to Rebels though they could come in any pack honestly I’d kill the summer vacation one there are characters I’d prefer Hopefully they can talk and interact with other characters. I feel like I’m being punished for buying the game early. I payed $70 for what was the most “complete” edition at that point, why do I have to pay extra for these new characters now?! agreed. I have zero desire to play the game in a collectible fashion (getting max studs, all available skins in the base game, etc.) I'm just gonna play the story mode and likely be done with it after that. Unless it's a Nintendo game or multiplayer focused AAA, I continuously get burned nowadays for buying day 1. I've got this on Playstation and honestly the amount of content is stupid. Easily 100+ hours, probably closer to 200+ if you really wanted to get everything. For people expecting it to be like the classic Lego Star Wars games you might be a bit disappointed though. Most of the levels are a lot shorter and you'd be surprised what gets relegated to cutscenes and what they decided to make levels out of. The main attraction is the individual sandbox planets and everything to find and explore on them. That said, still an essential purchase for a Star Wars fan.
