The other way to get one is by killing a player who has already found one and stealing it from them. The fact that Warzone's developers are making bunkers this hard to access is a smart move. Otherwise, the bunkers would be flooded with everyone on the map every single round. With this method, only the luckiest players can gain access to the high-level loot hidden inside.
