Fan Uncovers Model For BioShock s Main Character And They Look Different Than Expected

After 13 years we finally get to see what the main character of Bioshock looks like... and it was totally worth the wait. (Via: DeviantArt) So, after 13 years, we finally get to see what the original protagonist Jack really looks like, and guaranteed it's not what you'd expect. It's always fun when our expectations get shattered. Okay, perhaps that's a bit dramatic. Depends on how attached you are to the mental image of Jack you've had in your head all this time. And for those of us who are die hard BioShock fans, it's safe to assume we're probably very attached. A fan by the name of Vincent Kinian to share his finding with the world. He reportedly found a full in-game model for BioShock's protagonist, and here he is. The OG hero of Rapture. Not sure about you, but we imagined Jack to be somewhat more youthful in appearance. You know, to match the youthful vigor with which he relentlessly powers his way through the hazard-ridden underwater metropolis. : Ready to kick back in their recliner and fall asleep in front of a late-night showing of It’s a Wonderful Life, Jack looks more like a bloke on the verge of retirement than a combat-hardened man able to go toe-to-toe with Rapture’s hostile inhabitants. It seems there is a theme of Big Reveals in the BioShock universe of late. The announcement that was made last month, of course throwing fans of the franchise into fits of excitement. This comes after 6 years of silence regarding a follow-up to the hugely successful BioShock Infinite and its episodic Burial at Sea DLCs. Unfortunately, though, there is still a whole lotta vagueness around when we can expect a BioShock 4 to grace our screens.
