Final Fantasy 10's cast is a quirky bunch. If ever you wanted to know the height and age of Tidus, Rikku & other main characters, here it is. For many nostalgic fans, the tenth installment in the series was very special. and it was the first to finally bring voice-actors on board (oh, the dizzying new tech of the PlayStation 2). It was also the last game that utilized the classic turn-based ATB system, something that long-time fans still look back on wistfully. For all these reasons, then, the adventure of Tidus and the party will always hold a special place in Final Fantasy history. If you need a refresher, however, let’s take a look at the vital statistics of these iconic characters. The star of the show, Tidus, is a bit of an unlikely hero. As a blitzball player, he’s more concerned with the game than… well, just about anything. Tidus certainly has a reputation among Final Fantasy fans, for his initial frivolousness, those snarky memes about his laugh and the like. Having said that, though, his harrowing journey is a worthwhile one. He grows and his priorities shift over the course of the game, as he learns what really matters to him. When it comes to discussion of Final Fantasy X, you just can’t have Tidus without Yuna. Her journey to defeat the looming presence that is Sin is the catalyst for the whole adventure, the element that binds our motley crew of seven heroes together. As the white mage and summoner of the party, she’s just as crucial in a gameplay sense as she is to the plot. The love story she shares with Tidus is poignant and heartwarming, and this just wouldn’t be the same game without her. Yuna is also 17, and she stands 5’3” (160cm) tall. Auron
Throughout the history of RPGs, characters like Auron have been crucial party members. You know the type: the grizzled, aged veteran with the past he doesn’t want to tell you too much about, who always seems to be there to save the day/say something judgmental whenever a younger party member acts rashly. Auron is the oldest member of the party, at 35. He was once the guardian of Braska, Yuna’s father, and hopes to lead his daughter to another victory against Sin as our story begins. With his wicked katana and well-honed combat skills, this six-feet-tall (183cm) swordsman is a warrior to be reckoned with. Wakka
Like Tidus, Wakka doesn’t initially seem to be cut out to be a hero. He’s a talented blitzball player (though you wouldn’t know it, as his Besaid Aurochs have never won a single match when we meet him), one of the very first people our hero meets on his very confused arrival is Besaid. However, we soon learn what a valuable team member he’s going to be. Not only does he boast some absurd damage potential in the form of his Overdrive, Slots (which can be beyond ridiculous and is exactly what makes him so popular), but he also takes a personal journey of self-reflection and tolerance during the pilgrimage to defeat Sin. Wakka is 23 years old, the tallest human party member at 6’2” (188cm). Lulu
Yuna’s next guardian is Lulu, a woman who clearly didn’t get the memo about how to darn well dress when you live on a beautiful, super-hot island like this one. Come on, Lulu, aren’t you just a little hot in that dress? The resident black mage of Final Fantasy X, Lulu is a powerful ally on the battlefield. She’s also unwilling to open up to her fellow party members at first, but they know that she has a gentle and loving disposition behind her hard charade. In Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm, we learn that Lulu and Wakka have married and have a child on the way. Lulu is 22 and the tallest of the main female cast, at 5’6” (167cm). Rikku
Every Final Fantasy party needs a quick, agile, sneaky warrior. After all, those valuable items enemies hold aren’t going to steal themselves, are they? The Thief has been a common Final Fantasy archetype since the early days of the franchise, and Rikku is here to fulfil that role in Final Fantasy X. This Al Bhed member is the youngest in the party, at 15 years old. She has a bright and positive nature (a crucial asset during the dark times the game is set in) and is related to Yuna through her father, whose sister married the high summoner Braska. At 5’2” (158cm), she is also the shortest member of the team. Kimahri Ronso
There’s always one character who draws the short straw, popularity-wise. In Final Fantasy X, that character is Among his own Ronso tribe, Kimahri is also an outcast, being smaller than usual and a bit of a figure of fun (think Roald Dahl’s BFG). Even so, he’s very protective of Yuna and tries his darndest to defend her and her allies. His unusual position on the Sphere Grid makes him much more customizable than the other (more specialized) party members, but also leaves him unable to perform as well in specific roles. His Overdrive also relies on the blue mage-esque mechanic of learning new abilities from foes, which can be a pain. He’s 25 years old and 6’8” (204cm), which is small for a Ronso, but still makes him the tallest in the party by a considerable margin. Seymour Guado
Our final character is only technically a party member for the briefest time, but that’s more than enough to earn him a place here. Especially when combined with the fact that he’s one of the game’s big bads. Seymour Guado boasts similar abilities to Yuna, being very skilled with summoning and magic. His central role in the temple of Yevon has given him a platform on which to launch his schemes, ambitions that culminate in his desire to be Sin itself. As per Final Fantasy tradition, he crops up several times in before being defeated. Seymour is 28 years old when we meet him and stands 6’1” (187cm) tall.
