The Witcher 10 Awesome Pieces Of Triss Fan Art
Triss from The Witcher series is a fan-favorite among gamers and thus has spawned tons of amazing fan art. Here's some awesome art! Triss is one of the most instantly recognizable characters in series. She might not have the largest role in the books or the Netflix series (thus far), but in the games, she is one of the most popular and important characters in the franchise. Since her debut in the series, the sorceress has amassed a large fanbase due to her charm, wit, and powerful magical abilities. Unsurprisingly, the more artistic members of Triss's fanbase have been hard at work, creating some truly awesome artwork of Geralt's potential love interest. We've looked through the many works of art and put ten of the best on this list, so be prepared to be amazed at what Triss fans have made. THEGAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY Triss Merigold By Truei
When it comes to fan art, some artists like to create their own interpretation of a character, whereas others like to re-create the one from the source, has gone with the latter. What a re-creation it is, as this Triss looks exactly like her model from the third game in both her face and her clothes. The book and the fire magic look amazing too, with the brightly colored flames meshing well with the dark background. Plus, the glow around Triss's body from the light of the magic is a nice little detail also. Triss Merigold By Amenca
Books and flames also make an appearance in this art, however, Amenca's (a.k.a ) piece is very different. Amenca didn't attempt to recreate Triss from the games but instead went with a whole new look for the character with a cool distinct art style. The look of the fire magic is the highlight in this one, as the combination of colors makes for a really great effect, and once again, the use of a dark background helps the fire stand out and look even better. Additionally, the way the magic adds a glow to Triss's hair and body makes for a beautiful visual. Yennefer And Triss Chibis By oOCrazyKittyOo
This art by is as awesome as it is adorable. While this is a list about Triss, little Chibi Geralt is the relatable one here, as most Witcher players reacted in a similar way to him when they met Triss and Yennefer for the first time. In the comment section of the piece, oOCrazyKittyOo says that they love to draw details, and that's clear to see in this image as the level of detail is outstanding, particularly on the outfits of Triss and Yennefer. Without those details, it would be a good piece of art, with them, it becomes a fantastic piece. Triss Merigold Triss Pennywise By NastyaSkaya
From a cute version of Triss to a creepy one. Despite the sorceress not having much in common with IT's Pennywise, has done a phenomenal job in having them fit together seamlessly. The minimal use of color looks awesome and allows all the focus to be on Triss. Although, don't ignore the background completely as there's plenty of characters in the crowd for eagle eyes to spot. One person who can be found at the back left of the crowd has the scar and hair of a certain Witcher and is kissing someone who is likely , which would explain Triss's angry expression in the art. With Witcher 3 being so great, people to tend to overlook the also brilliant second game, so credit to for having Triss don her clothes from Witcher 2 in this art. All the details of the outfit are present, including the little bows, creases on the arms, and the shine on the stripes. Triss doesn't just look stylish in this image, she also looks like a badass, due to the calmness she is showing while destruction happens behind her (that her fireball hand indicates she caused). While she'll still struggle to hit the badass level of Geralt and , this image helps a bit. Triss Merigold By SandraCharlet
The biggest compliment that can be given to work is that it looks like a screenshot from a movie by a major animation studio. If Disney ever somehow acquires the rights to The Witcher (which would be odd but they own pretty much everything else) and they want to make , then they should use this image as inspiration. In the art, Triss is wearing the dress she wore to the Masquerade Ball that she and Geralt attended in Witcher 3, and she is stood in the garden maze that was at that same party. Both the colors and the details on the dress have been perfectly re-created, while the fireworks behind her look great too. Geralt And Triss By Rafiadrian
Not all Triss fans like her and Geralt as a couple, so they'll appreciate that has them fighting back to back instead of sharing a loving embrace. They look good doing it as well, with Triss sporting her outfit from the first game that not many fan artists use but one that suits her well. Also unique is the fact that she is casting something that doesn't look like a fire spell, which as you can tell from this list (especially after the next few entries) that is unusual for Triss fan art. As for Geralt, his face looks as good as his swords, although it does make you wonder what they're fighting if he needs both his silver and . Triss Merigold By Coliandre
The fire returns in this one, although this time the whole image is covered in flames with little embers scattered everywhere. has put Triss in the middle of the fire, which makes for an incredibly powerful visual. It was mentioned previously how a piece of art made Triss look like a badass, and this one does the same. However, it's the detail on the sorceress's face that shows Coliandre's talent, as the eyes, lips, and nose look incredible, plus it's nice to see the artist including Triss's freckles. Throughout this list, we've seen Triss look happy, angry, and focused, whereas in this image, the little hint of a smirk makes her seem cocky, as does her nonchalance over the fact she's holding fire in her hand (although she is probably used to it by now). Speaking of fire, has done an excellent job of making the flames look realistic. Similarly realistic, is how the light of the fire illuminates parts of Triss's body, hair, and face, particularly in how it shines in her eyes. Other aspects of the art, such as her outfit and hair also look fantastic. Triss Merigold By Control-X
Another rare piece of Triss fan art that focuses on her look from the first game in both her outfit (with different sleeves) and her hair. As the first Witcher game is very old now, version doesn't look like it's ripped straight from the game, as it actually looks much better than the original. There's more intricate detail in the dress in this art than the one from the original game, due to the capabilities of games in 2007. Triss's hair is as equally stunning as the dress, largely because of the way it mixes with the white glow from the magic she is casting. The rest of her is illuminated by the magic also, and it makes her look like a goddess.
