Fire Emblem Heroes Version 4 0 0 Prepares For Future Updates

The recent release of Fire Emblem Heroes version 4.0.0 has added new content and is paving the way for everything that will come to the game next. Are you still playing ? Well, good news, Nintendo is doing some solid work to future-proof the title with more support and a lot of extra content coming soon. Now, Nintendo’s track record with mobile games is more than a little spotty. Lots of fans are enjoying as we speak, but the steep prices of in-game content have rightly rankled many. Super Mario Run is a lot of fun, but the pricing structure (a one-off payment to unlock all of its content) just didn’t work out the way the company surely hoped. It’s odd to think that Fire Emblem Heroes released way back in February 2017. Mobile titles tend to struggle to keep players invested long-term, without resorting to sneaky things like drip-feeding crystals, orbs or some other in-game currency on a daily log-in basis. Fire Emblem Heroes is certainly guilty of that, but it’s still keeping players occupied. Even if they have had rotten luck with summons. THEGAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY Via: Touch Arcade When the Nintendo Switch hit arrived, some left the mobile equivalent far behind. Many have persisted, however, as the tie-ins between the two (such as the unlockable Byleth summon) proved effective in keeping fans on board. On a more long-term basis, it looks as though Heroes is set to keep our interest for the foreseeable future. As reports, Heroes has been (and continues to be) Nintendo’s most successful and profitable venture into the world of mobile gaming yet. That’s not something it'll want to let go of easily, especially as the importance of the mobile market becomes increasingly clearer to them. To that end, the recent release of Heroes version 4.0.0 has added reams of new content and is paving the way for everything that will come to the game next. As of right now, the new Mjolnir’s Strike event is available (complete with cooperative play), and Book IV is gearing up to take off. It’s clear that Nintendo wants Heroes to continue to be a mobile gaming powerhouse, and the team is working hard to make that a reality. If you’re keen to dive into the next chapter of this gripping story (a staple that mobile games don’t usually boast), what are you waiting for? Source:
