Cyborg Mechanic Is A Different Kind Of Cyberpunk Game

Cyberpunk is in. And what’s more cyberpunk than cutting off people’s limbs to replace them with cybernetic enhancements? via Games Operator Cyborg Mechanic Is A Different Kind Of Cyberpunk Game Cyberpunk is in. And what’s more cyberpunk than cutting off people’s limbs to replace them with cybernetic enhancements? It’s 2019. This is the year of Blade Runner, the year when cybernetically enhanced humans should be the norm. Instead, all we get are stupid that make a mockery of the cyberpunk genre. That and video games. But whatever, I guess we gotta make do with what we got. And you’ll have to make do with what you get in Cyborg Mechanic, a new game coming out from Games Operator. They seem to specialize in smaller games that have you take on unusual roles. In this case, you’re a street doctor living in a cyberpunk dystopia. Your clients are the scum of the underground: mercenaries, bodyguards, criminals, junkies, or just folks who need a laser cannon implanted in their arm. You don’t really ask questions. THEGAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY via Games Operator Cyborg Mechanic Is A Different Kind Of Cyberpunk Game As an unlicensed street doc, you’re one part surgeon, one part mechanic. You’ll be sawing off limbs and removing organs while at the same time replacing them with age-proof mechanical components. Wolverine-like claws? Totally doable. Extra core processors to make your brain think faster than a supercomputer? It can be done for the right price. Or how about laser eyes? Who doesn’t want laser eyes? Of course, it’s not all surgery and oil changes. You have to keep your equipment up to date to install the latest hardware advancements. You also gotta advertise, hand out flyers, and grow your business. But don’t be too successful or you’ll grab the attention of the law. They don’t take kindly to unlicensed physicians. Your own clients could be worse. The underground is a dangerous place, and one botched procedure could bring the gangs down on you. Or worse… We don’t have a release date other than 2021, but we do have a trailer that shows a lot of blood. It makes sense since removing limbs is going to be a messy business, but that means this game is definitely rated M for mature. Judging by the trailer, this game seems destined for mobile. If is as successful as everyone seems to think, maybe Cyborg Mechanic will find an audience. (Source: )
