As a true freshman, Conner led Pitt in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns and set a Panthers bowl record for rushing yards (229). Sadly, Conner was sidelined for the majority of his junior season thanks to an MCL tear in the Panthers' season opener. But, things got worse.
