Some people have been performing a DDoS attack to take down the main Extra Life charity's website on the day of the charity stream. Somebody, somewhere, decided that a charity event that donates money to help sick children is worth trying to take down. According to the , some people have been performing a DDoS attack to take down the main on the day of the charity stream. But despite the concerted attempt to literally stop children from getting healthcare, Extra Life has been forging forward with the event, and the donations are still coming in. While it's unclear who, or why, the attack took place, Extra Life has thankfully not been too hard hit by the incident. The streams, run by Twitch, still ran as planned.
