And yes - it's still bigger on the inside. From publisher PlayStack and developer Maze Theory, Doctor Who: The Edge of Time is a virtual reality adventure game across time and space. A mysterious and powerful enemy has suddenly appeared that threatens the stability in the universe, and it's up to the Doctor to solve the mystery and save the world. Luckily, the Doctor will have some help in the form of a brand new companion ready to take on the challenge. Wield the Sonic Screwdriver and solve escape room-style puzzles and challenges, and face off against the villainous Daleks and terrifying Weeping Angels. , the game will also introduce a brand new enemy, the sludgy and many-eyed Hydrorks who crave the taste of human flesh. Though this game only features the current iteration of The Doctor, creators have assured that fans of the series will be satisfied. Players can expect a multitude of references and Easter Eggs to the show's 55-year-long history in this officially licensed BBC Studios video game written by Gavin Collinson, author and digital producer of Doctor Who.
