Although people would not be required to produce a negative test report to get into the US, proof of vaccination is a must. This means that Novak Djokovic, who has decided not to take the vaccine, might miss his second Grand Slam of the year. The Serbian recently spoke about the situation and mentioned American tennis player , who came out in support of Djokovic a few days ago. “I've been texting with Tennys Sandgren a few days ago. I wanted to thank him for the public support he has given me in this situation. What he said makes total sense. If unvaccinated players are not allowed to compete at the US Open, then it should be the case for everyone. I don’t see the medical logic that Tennys can play because he is an American, and I can't.
