Woods, also known as Preston Cunningham Jr. in NXT, left WWE in 2016 and has since honed his craft with Ring of Honor and other promotions. He won the prestigious Top Prospect Tournament during his time with ROH. According to Woods, a former ROH Pure Champion, has signed a tiered AEW contract. The report also noted that Khan signed Woods to the deal roughly a month ago.
