Ohio Governor John Kasich has released a resolution calling for the Third Annual Scarlet Letter Saturday, urging Ohioans to refrain from using "the 13th letter of the alphabet" and wearing pleated khakis on the day of The Game, the annual rivalry tilt between Ohio State and Michigan. The resolution also takes shots at Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, saying his style doesn't compare to that of other great coaches of the rivalry's past. Harbaugh is also cast as a traitor to the Buckeye state since Harbaugh was born in Ohio. There's some other great shots in the resolution referencing Jake from State Farm and the TV show Seinfield. It is worth a thorough read.
