The sophomore signal caller opened the game with a six-yard rushing touchdown, scored a great 79-yard rushing score and capped off the game with a 17-yard strike to Will Fuller in the fourth quarter to lift Notre Dame past the resurgent Owls. Kizer’s night wasn’t without flaws, as he did throw two interceptions, but the overall performance helped the Fighting Irish rally to beat Temple.
