PRESENTED BY Notre Dame is known for its rich history and for having many traditions in college football. But a more recent tradition has really taken off: Trick Shot Monday. The weekly viral trick shot videos started back several years ago by Mike Golic Jr., Jake Golic and a few other players from the 2010 season. The team would attempt the trick shots after practice and wouldn't be allowed to leave for dinner until someone made it. The objective is always the same: Teammates gather around to see who can successfully get the ping-pong ball into the cup. But the different methods always provide some entertaining results. For this week's installment, Notre Dame players found inspiration near the Heisman Trophies. Check it out: It was the second win in a row for linebacker Joe Schmidt in the challenge, so he has probably has earned the love of his teammates. Although, John Lattner probably wouldn't be happy that Schmidt spilled water all over his 1953 Heisman Trophy. Let's hope for Schmidt's sake that Lattner and athletic director Jack Swarbrick don't watch the video. Check out more about this unique tradition's roots as explained by the Golic brothers back in 2011:
