He continued: "Guys that are just, the standard to them is winning. They're so used to it, they can't stand to lose. That's the kind of environment that I love and that I feel like I thrive in and I love to be around because when your leaders are like that it just drives the whole locker room to be like that." Covey elaborated further: "No one's okay with losing and it it's just, it makes for a great work environment honestly. So I think that's the biggest thing for me is just being around leaders who are not used to losing and hate it when they do."
