The main event will see former lightweight champion take on Khabib Nurmagomedov's protege Islam Makhachev for the vacant lightweight title. The official weigh-in and ceremonial weigh-in will take place on Friday, October 21 in Abu Dhabi. The official weigh-in will start at 8:50 am GST/12:50 am EST/ 4:50 am GMT. The ceremonial weigh-in will start at 4 pm GST in Abu Dhabi. For fans in the United States, the event will start at 7 am EST. For fans in the United Kingdom, the event will begin at 12 pm GMT. Both the official weigh-in and the ceremonial weigh-in will be live streamed on the UFC website, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. The ceremonial weigh-ins will be followed by the final face-off for each fighter.
