WWE.com reported earlier that Vince McMahon had recently suffered an injury which led him to require surgery. More recent updates about the incident have revealed that Vince tore one of his quad muscles while doing squats during his regular training on Monday. He has had similar injuries in the past, most notably at the 2005 Royal Rumble where he tore both his quads while running to the ring and required surgery. Vince is supposed to be back to the WWE Headquarters on Wednesday. WWE released a video of Noelle Foley training with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch as a promotional video for their new show Holy Foley.
Paige gets a tattoo to celebrate her current relationship: Former two-time WWE Divas Champion Paige had recently uploaded a picture of herself on Instagram, showing off her newest tattoo which is clearly dedicated to her current boyfriend Alberto Del Rio. There had been reports that both Alberto and Paige are leaving WWE for good and it seems like their relationship is going strong, judging by the caption below the picture. The Instagram post seems to have been taken down since then but here it is for those who missed it. Vince McMahon suffered an injury and underwent surgery; expected to be back by Wednesday: WWE.com tweeted a few hours back that Vince McMahon, Chairman of WWE, had sustained an injury while training and required surgery. There were no other details mentioned about the seriousness of the injury on the website’s news page apart from the fact that McMahon will be back to the WWE Headquarters on Wednesday as usual. The injury news probably will be a part of the ongoing storyline and we should expect to see him on air soon with an explanation, given that they released the news in such a vague manner.
