In a recent Instagram post, 'Skinnybets' revealed that he won a substantial sum of "easy money" by betting on Aljamain Sterling at the recently concluded . The sports consultant claimed 'Funk Master' transformed his investment of $8000 into $1.4 million within days by defeating Petr Yan earlier this year in their championship rematch. Sharing his admiration for the bantamweight champ, 'Skinnybets' said: "Everybody knows I’ve been a big fan of @funkmastermma for quite some time now. If you recall I won a Audemars Piguet watch betting on Sterling in his 1st title fight in 2021 & then in the 2nd fight earlier this year he sparked a 1.4M dollar run from 8k in just 4 days. For UFC280 I wanted to show my appreciation for one of my favourite fighters and just say THANK YOU!!! Sterling you have changed my life more than you know and I truly appreciate you for that."
