Orton gets the better of the brothers and then sets them up for a double DDT but is stopped by Jinder. The three men overpower Orton and Jinder slams him with the Cobra Clutch to end the show, standing tall. Orton sends Corbin out of the ring but the Lone Wolf boomerangs back into it and straight into an RKO.
Randy Orton wins. Corbin sets up the Deep Six but Orton fights out of it with elbows. Orton gets out in time as Corbin charges toward him, which sends Baron crashing into the post. A cross body slam and a DDT has Orton slamming the mat, waiting to strike. However, Corbin sees its coming and counters with a Deep Six. Randy tries to fight back with a few right hands, slips the clotheslines but then eats a boot. Corbin then whips off the ropes and clocks Orton with a hard right. Corbin stomps to establish control but a headbutt gives Orton some space. Orton regains control but is sent crashing to mat after Corbin runs out of the ring and slingshots back into the ring. A few weird jokes and an existential crisis made for a weird segment that ends with the duo hyping themselves for Backlash and a freeze-frame. Is it just me or are these getting worse by the week? We have the contract signing for the 6-woman tag match later this night too. I have a feeling things are going to get a little worse before they get better after that questionable finish. How do you hurt someone by just grazing the title against his knee? And why doesn't everyone do this all the time? A pele kick out of nowhere gives AJ control, which he cements with a baseball slide as Jinder is outside the ring. AJ takes out Mahal's knee and springboards off the ropes to connect with a forearm. However, Mahal's sheer power prevails as he spears him in the corner and then slams a boot home as AJ tries to fight back. Jinder places AJ on the top rope and attempts a move.
