Colby Covington mocks both Jake Paul and Anderson Silva in prediction video

'Chaos' also took the opportunity to undermine the matchup in general, mocking both Paul and Silva. Covington labeled Paul as 'the Disney channel dude with a lisp' and said that Silva sounded like Mickey Mouse. As for his prediction, 'Chaos' advised fans to pick Paul, who's a slight favorite in the sportsbooks. Covington said on Instagram: "Look, I don't know why the Disney channel dude with the lisp wants to box the 47-year-old guy that sounds like Mickey Mouse. Is it repressed feelings from his childhood? Who knows? But here we are. And if I'm here making this video you know we're getting paid. Don't listen to all the squires talking about the value on Anderson, they are dorks. Take the snakepaw moneyline and make your bank account great again." Silva is expected to be Paul's toughest test till date as 'The Problem Child' hasn't faced a conventional boxer yet. While 'The Spider' is a former UFC champ, he is widely regarded as a seasoned pugilist owing to his resurgent boxing career.

Robert Whittaker believes Khamzat Chimaev is a bad matchup for Colby Covington

Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker believes Chimaev is a terrible stylistic matchup for Covington. Even so, 'The Reaper' accepts that it is likely to bring in PPV numbers. According to Whittaker, Colby Covington is not a natural striker and is more comfortable wrestling. But 'The Reaper' believes that 'Chaos' will be forced to stand-up against Chimaev, who will counter-wrestle him. The former middleweight champ sees Chimaev outwork Covington on the feet while threatening takedowns. Whittaker recently told Submission Radio: "I think Covington’s great at what he does, but he’s not a kickboxer, he’s not a striker by trade. That doesn’t come naturally to him. His pressure style and wrestling style is what comes naturally to him. Khamzat can counter-wrestle Colby. He’s a big dude with long range and a lot of reach, and his striking is nothing ridiculously crazy, but it’s put together at a high level. And he integrates that with the threat of his wrestling and grappling takedowns stupendously.
