Shenanigan’s Bar is a bar in GTA V located opposite Legion Square in Strawberry Ave. Shenanigan’s bar was established in 1890 and it can be visited by the protagonists while hanging out with other protagonists, family or friends. The player along with the they are hanging out with will walk out of the bar drunk.

There is nothing much revealed about the background of this location in the game. However, the sign on the building discloses that it is a wine bar that also serves cask ales and cocktails and that it was established in 1890.
The player can only visit this location as one of the many friend activities. Otherwise, this bar is inaccessible. Even while hanging out with another character the bar cannot be accessed but only serves as a destination after which a small cutscene shows the characters drunk as they leave the bar.

Motorcycles, boats, and helicopters will not suffer the effects of being drunk. Franklin is the only protagonist who can take Jimmy De Santa drinking. If Michael or Trevor hang out with Jimmy, they will not allow him to drink as he is underage.
