This is surrounded by Grapeseed to the east and is located on the Northern shore of the Alamo Sea. A small dock and a ramp is coming from a boathouse that leads into the waters of the Alamo Sea.

Galilee is a small community/neighborhood that appears to be a tiny settlement of workers. Fishermen and boat house workers probably reside here. Some houses are seen receiving their electric supply from generators. There is a dock and a boathouse as well.
Millars Boat shop and Millars Fishery are located in this area. A few workers are seen hanging out and drinking with lit fires near the hilly region next to Galilee. They become hostile when approached and one even shoots at the player.
