The Combat PDW is based mainly on the SIG MPX but also has a few features of the Heckler & Koch MP5. It is a submachine handgun that comes with an inbuilt suppressor system. It also has an underarm gun stock and feels very lightweight. This gun can be fitted with a flashlight scope and grip using the picatinny rails provided on the gun.
(The Combat PDW held in first person perspective)
The Combat PDW is an expensive but excellent choice for a submachine handgun. The range of this weapon is exceptionally good along with the accuracy it provides. The inbuilt suppressor doesn’t seem as effective as externally fitted suppressors but it does the job to some extent. This weapon can take down armored targets in 3-5 shots even at medium to long ranges. The grip and scope improve the accuracy of this weapon drastically. It does 28 damage per shot and is a submachine gun with the highest damage. However, it has the lowest fire-rate of all submachine guns which is 450 RPM. An extended mag can also be used with this weapon, increasing its mag capacity to 60 rounds.
In the enhanced version, the badges on the right side of the gun have an apparent misplacement. The Coil logo is simply distorted and turned to a side. The weapon, when equipped with a scope, uses a green dot, like the MG, the Grenade Launcher, the Advanced Rifle and the Bullpup Rifle. The Combat PDW lacks a rear sight on all platforms, similar to the Advanced Rifle which lacks the front sight on the Seventh Generation (PS3/Xbox 360) version.
