Suika was a Jonin of the village Hidden by a Waterfall, but because of some disputes and personal reasons, he became a Bandit. One day, Team Kurenai had an encounter with him, and he easily defeated all three of them and also told Shino that he was weak, which shattered Shino's confidence in himself.
Later, Hinata, Kiba, and Akamaru found him and followed him. He re-engaged them and used the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique attack, which they managed to avoid. He surrounded them with his Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider method, preventing them any chance to relax, and pushed them upward into the webs that his spiders were weaving.
Initially attacking them with his Net-Shaped Prison technique and then with the Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind method, Shino intervenes at the last second to save them. The three of them were eventually captured by Suika utilizing his Net-Shaped Prison move, after which he personally challenged Shino. However, Shino's recently improved taijutsu abilities eventually overpowered him, shocking him in the process. Shino forced Suika into his own net, allowing Hinata, Kiba, and Akamaru to strike him simultaneously, defeating and leaving him unconscious.
Suika is a loner who doesn’t like to be tracked or questioned, and he is also overconfident about his skills. Suika also has some humanity in him as he spared the lives of the three Genin after he knocked them all out.
Suika used to wear black trousers with a sleeveless black shirt with an orange jacket on top of it. His jacket was a high collared one, with an obi around his waist. His eyes are black, and he has short green hair which covers one side of his eyes.
Suika was a jonin, talented with many skills. He showed strong enough senses to know when he was being followed and has the ability to plan tactics to surprise his opponents quickly. He displayed extremely significant chakra reserves and displayed the ability to perform numerous ninjutsu quickly. Suika defeated both taijutsu experts Hinata Hyuga and Kiba Inuzuka during his first encounter with Team 8 as proof of his prowess with the technique.
Suika has the power to call up a large army of spiders to help him. Suika could control their webs for attacking or defensive objectives using his summons as intermediates.
