br Very little is known about his childhood and Genji’s past as his heritage is still shrouded in mystery. Nearly nothing is known about his past other than the fact that he has devoted his life to the welfare of Hidden Mist Village and is a valuable member of the village. He is as important to the community as when it comes to the most crucial decisions, people turn, even the Mizukage of Hidden Mist, to him for guidance. br In a sense, this makes him the law of Hidden Mist Village and nothing gets past him. In the anime, Genji was the one who advised the Hidden Mist to not send genins to represent the Hidden Mist by participating in the chunin exams organized by Hidden Leaf and Hidden Sand Village. He suggested that the Hidden Mist Village should focus all its attention to attend to its internal affairs. br Genji had a limited appearance in the series and he appeared during the Five Kage Summit.
