SHP is an easy, fun, and professional health care mobile application. In connection with in-house restaurants, fitness centers, and affiliated clinics, we provide healthy, happy life by providing meals, exercise, and lifestyle suggestions for real-time self-health management.
[Main Features Guide]
1) Home (today's health management)-Provides a dashboard to check my health information at a glance, such as meal coaching, exercise coaching, calorie intake / consuming calories, and weight status. -You can freely move and expose each item order according to your health check priority.
2) Meal coaching-Provides monitoring of intake status by meal and nutrient compared to the recommended amount.
3) Exercise Coaching-Provides an automatic record of exercise history and result feedback when performing exercise after wearing an in-house fitness locker key. -We provide step-by-step coaching and videos for personalized exercise programs and self-performing programs that fit your health goals.
4) Health Care-Provides monitoring function to continuously manage the 5 major health indicators (obesity, cholesterol, liver function, blood pressure, blood sugar) based on health diagnosis information. -You can check the change trend for each health indicator with a chart.
5) Lifestyle Calendar-Provides a record and inquiry function for healthy habits such as walking pedometer, performing exercise, recommended menu meal, and drinking more than the recommended amount of water, and lifestyle habits to be avoided for health such as drinking, overeating, and late night eating-Last week Provides weekly lifestyle scores and results feedback according to lifestyle records.
6) Simple meal input (function using SMS)
You can enter meals and snacks before and after meals through text sent at card payment at major coffee shops. Now, with SHP, you can manage your snack intake history.
7) SHP Band function (connected device)
SHP Band is a fitness tracker that works with mobile phones through BLE. The main functions are walking, heart rate, sleep time, calories burned, and notifications about events (including text and phone notifications) occurring in the App or mobile phone are transmitted through Bluetooth communication.
By entering the fitness mode among the band functions, real-time heart rate measurement and exercise intensity notification (Band 2 applicable) are possible.
