PRESENTED BY OMAHA, Neb. – Reserved seat tickets for the 2014 NCAA Men’s College World Series (CWS) will be available for sale Saturday, April 12, at 10 a.m. Central Time. The sale will be open to the general public at NCAA.com/CWStickets or by calling (866) 208-0048. Tickets for fans requiring Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible seating also will be available using these same options. “Because the number of available tickets is limited, games are expected to sell out quickly, especially the first weekend (games 1-4) and Finals games,” Carol Foreman, ticket manager of CWS of Omaha, Inc., said. “Buyers will have an opportunity to purchase tickets for up to four games. They may purchase four tickets each for Games 1-4 and the Finals; and up to six tickets each for Games 5-12. Only those games that are guaranteed to be played will be sold. Tickets for ‘if necessary’ games will only be sold the day the game is played at the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha box office.” In order to purchase tickets for the CWS, which runs from June 14-24/25, a valid credit card will be required. Once purchased, the tickets will be registered electronically to the buyer’s credit card, which is required when entering TD Ameritrade Park Omaha through Gates 1, 2 or 3, or the accessible entrance adjacent to the box office. After the credit card is electronically scanned, a seat locator will be printed for the buyer. This is the same process used for tickets purchased through the NCAA Ticket Exchange, a fan-to-fan marketplace. The digital tickets are fully transferrable and can be listed on the NCAA Ticket Exchange. Ticket prices for reserved seat tickets at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha are tiered according to their location and by games. Reserved seat ticket prices for seating in sections 107-117 between first and third bases will be $37 each for Games 1-4 and the Finals games; $32 each for Games 5, 7, 11,13 and 14; and $35 for Games 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12. Ticket prices for seating in sections 100-106 and 118-124, which are located down the first and third base lines, will be $36 each for Games 1-4 and the Finals games; $31 each for Games 5, 7, 11, 13 and 14; and $34 for Games 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12. Ticket prices for reserved seating in the upper level and grandstand (200 and 300 levels) will be $35 each for Games 1-4 and the Finals games; $30 each for Games 5, 7, 11, 13 and 14; and $33 each for Games 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12. For those fans unable to purchase all the reserved seat tickets they need through the advance sale, other available options include box office sales, NCAA Ticket Exchange, PrimeSport ticket and hospitality packages and general admission tickets.
