PRESENTED BY No. 1 Grand Valley State On Friday, the top-ranked Lakers will play at home for the first time since Sept. 15 when they host Malone. Grand Valley State outscored its opponents 9-0 on a four-game road stretch, and has not given up a goal en route to a 6-0-1 overall and 4-0-0 conference record this season. Malone is 3-3-1 overall and 1-2-0 in the GLIAC. Grand Valley State will complete the weekend when it hosts Walsh (3-4-1, 0-3) on Sunday. No. 2 Western Washington Outscoring the opposition 18-1 with the lone goal allowed being an own goal, unbeaten Western Washington concludes a four-game homestand this week with Great Northwest Athletic Conference contests against Seattle Pacific on Thursday and Central Washington on Saturday at Orca Field on the Whatcom CC campus. The Vikings, No. 2 for the second consecutive week in the NSCAA coaches’ poll, are 7-0-0 following two GNAC home wins last week against Western Oregon (2-0) and Saint Martin's (3-0). They are 4-0-0 in GNAC action, tied with Seattle Pacific, which is ranked No. 23 nationally. Central Washington is third at 3-0-1. No. 3 Saint Rose The Golden Knights, like top-ranked Grand Valley State, are looking to continue a season-long seven-game shutout streak as it enters play this week. Saint Rose (7-0-0, 4-0-0 Northeast-10) will get started early when it hosts Pace (1-6-1, 1-3-1) on Wednesday. On Saturday, Saint Rose will head back out on the road to play at Saint Michael’s (0-7-0, 0-5-0). The Purple Knights have scored just one goal this season. The Golden Knights will then conclude the week's play with a matchup at fellow undefeated conference foe American International. The Yellow Jackets are currently 7-0-0 overall and 5-0-0 in the Northeast-10. No. 4 Tampa Tampa (9-0-0) will also get an early start to the week, as it hosts Eckerd on Wednesday. The Tritons sport an overall record of 5-2 and most recently fell to Saint Leo by a score of 5-0. Tampa is 14-3 in the all-time series and came away with a 1-0 victory last season in Tampa. The Spartans will then kick off SSC play at Rollins on Saturday. Rollins is 7-2-0 and won its conference opener against Florida Tech, which will be Tampa’s opponent on Tuesday. The Panthers are 4-2-0 overall. No. 5 Minnesota State-Mankato The Mavericks (7-1-0, 5-0-0 NSIC) have recovered from their loss to Grand Valley State by reeling off four consecutive wins to work their way back into the top five. They will look to extend the streak when they host Minot State on Friday. The Beavers are 1-4-2 overall and 1-3-1 in the conference. Minnesota State will then play against Mary at home on Sunday. The Marauders are 1-6-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the conference. No. 6 North Georgia The Nighthawks (7-1-0, 2-0-0) will come into the weekend on a seven-game win streak after they dropped their first game of the season. North Georgia will host Armstrong Atlantic on Saturday in its only game this weekend. The Pirates, which have been as high as No. 3 this season, have fallen to No. 22. They are 3-1-2 overall and 1-1-0 in the conference. No. 7 American International American International comes in to the week having won all seven games this season without giving up a goal. At 7-0-0 overall and 5-0-0 in the Northeast-10, the Yellow Jackets will host New Haven (5-0-3, 3-0-2) on Wednesday. AIC will continue with a match against Stonehill (3-4-2, 3-1-1) on Saturday, before a highly-anticipated battle with No. 3 Saint Rose on Tuesday. No. 8 Colorado Mines The Orediggers will start their return to the top 10 when they play against New Mexico Highlands on Sunday. Colorado Mines is undefeated at 7-0-1 on the year and 4-0-0 in conference play, and has outscored opponents 7-1 in its last four games since drawing with Eastern New Mexico. New Mexico Highlands is 4-2-2 overall and 2-2-0 in the RMAC. The Orediggers will follow that game with a matchup against Adams State (3-2-3, 0-1-3) on Sunday, which has tied each of its last three games No. 9 Cal State Stanislaus The Warriors (7-0-1, 5-0-1 CCAA) are back in the top 10 and are on a three-game win streak following wings against Cal State Monterey Bay and San Francisco State last weekend. They will look to build on that when they host UC San Diego on Friday and Cal Poly Pomona on Sunday to wrap up a four-game homestand. Stanislaus’ first test, UC San Diego, is 3-2-3 overall and 2-1-3 in the conference. Cal Poly Pomona comes in at 4-2-2 and 2-2-2. No. 10 Quincy As Quincy held its spot in the top 10 despite a draw with Indianapolis on Sunday, it will look to maintain its unbeaten record of 6-0-2 overall and 5-0-1 in the GLVC when it hosts William Jewell on Friday. The Hawks will then stay at home to play against Rockhurst on Sunday. William Jewell comes in at 5-3-1 and 3-2-1 in the conference, having most recently lost to Southern Indiana.
