ABOUT Ari Houser is a senior methods advisor at the AARP Public Policy Institute, where he has been the lead data analyst on several major recurring and stand-alone projects, including the Nursing Home COVID-19 Dashboard and Long-Term Services and Supports State Scorecard. In addition, he provides methodological and statistical assistance across the Public Policy Institute on other topics. Before joining AARP, Houser worked at the RAND Corporation and taught classes in statistics and public policy.
