Julio Portalatin is currently an Independent Board Director of State Street Corp. He retired in 2020 as Vice Chair of Marsh & McLennan Companies, a leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people. Prior to becoming Vice Chair, he served as President and CEO of Mercer, a business of Marsh & McLennan that delivers advice and technology-driven solutions to help organizations meet the health, wealth and career needs of their workforces in more than 140 countries. He actively supports several nonprofit organizations and currently sits on the boards of Covenant House International, Hofstra University, and Mt. Sinai Advisory. He has been a steward of the World Economic Forum and has shared insights with a range of media including The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, CBS, CNBC, Fox News and CEO Magazine.
