GRANTEE: A pop-up project tested whether the proposed Bismarck Central Pathway, from downtown Bismarck, to the Missouri River, was wanted by the community. The answer: yes, so long as the path is protected from vehicle traffic. The funds “quick-action” projects that build momentum for local change to improve livability for people of all ages.
