AARP is responding to your concerns by presenting a series of free events on Oahu in July. Join us for these “Get the Most Out of Life” workshops to find out what Congress is thinking of doing to your Medicare to reduce the federal deficit. The sessions will also feature an interactive “Tai Chi for Health” segment and a presentation on the little-known wonders of Oahu’s neighborhood parks:
Get a Medicare Update – What’s Congress thinking of doing to your Medicare to reduce the deficit and what can you do about it?
Practice “Tai Chi for Health,” – a gentle but effective form of exercise that can be done sitting or standing. Evidence shows it prevents falling.
Discover how to get the most from your neighborhood parks – your county parks have everything from organized classes to botanical gardens, beach parks and parks with pools! Are you making the most of them?
You’ll also get an update on what’s new at AARP, as well as plenty of free information and resources. We recommend you wear loose clothing and athletic shoes.

The events are free but registration is required – use the links below or call toll-free 1-877-926-8300.
