The top reported need in the St. Louis community that supports active living is multigenerational opportunities to interact with those in the community. The AARP 2014 St. Louis Active Living Survey was conducted as a telephone survey among residents age 45 or older in St. Louis County and St. Louis City. The survey gauged residents’ level of satisfaction with their community/neighborhood, with specific regard to safety, exercise, and community events.
