(PDF) (PDF) See Also The AARP 2017 Tennessee Small Business Owner Work and Save Study was a telephone study among 450 small business owners or decision makers about employee benefits at companies with 1-100 additional employees within the state of Tennessee. Key findings include the following: Three in four (74%) small business owners support legislation that would establish a basic, privately managed, ready-to-go Tennessee retirement savings option. More than eight in ten (84%) agree that Tennessee lawmakers should support a state retirement savings option.
