Time to Paint the Town
Time to Paint the Town
Twenty homes in the Anchorage area will get a fresh coat of paint in June, courtesy of NeighborWorks Anchorage during Paint the Town from June 5 to 12. As part of a nationwide initiative, NeighborWorks Anchorage will participate with over 200 other agencies to paint the homes of seniors, single parents, people with disabilities and other homeowners. The goal of NeighborWorks Weeks is to work on neighborhood improvement projects. As an AARP member, you can recommend an Anchorage-area home in need of painting or volunteer for the event in June.
