Best known as the champion of cardio-clogging , Guy's television programs often showcase temptations that are not always what the ordered. But believe it or not, this culinary rock-star has a personal passion for creating better eating habits that are still satisfying. By modifying your menu plan, eating in moderation and finding creative supplements to include in your favorite dishes, Guy says it's still possible to cut down on fat and heed your cravings. Have a hankering for some fried chicken? Try this: "Go get some chicken tenders, hit it with a little egg wash, put some crispy cereal on it and bake it in the oven," Guys says. "The chicken is cooked, the crunch is there."
