Candidates vying for South Dakota’s lone seat in the United States House of Representatives, Kristi Noem and Matt Varilek will face off in a televised debate set to air on South Dakota Public Broadcasting Thursday, October 18 at 8 pm CT/7 pm MT on South Dakota Public Broadcasting. A re-broadcast of the debate will also air on SDPB2 and South Dakota Public Radio. Web audience can also watch via the web at .
South Dakota Public Broadcasting will also air a debate with candidates for the South Dakota Public Utilities commission, Thursday October 25 at 8pm CT/7 PM MT.
“We encourage our members to take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the issues, the candidates and where they stand,” said Jennings. “It’s a true privilege to be a participant in our political process, but it’s equally important to make an informed and educated decision on Election Day.”
