AARP Segment Debuts on KSBI-TV TV for Grownups
“We are extremely excited about appearing on KSBI every week in order to offer helpful advice as well as important information and updates about AARP Oklahoma,” said AARP Oklahoma Associate State Director of Communications Craig Davis. “KSBI has a wide viewing area that includes central and southern Oklahoma as well as most of western Oklahoma and it’s a perfect way to provide topical information to our members and prospective members.”
“All About You” is hosted by television personality Kealey McEntire and regularly features segments on family, health, finances, relationships, psychology, environment and entertainment.
AARP debuted on the program Jan. 18 by introducing the association’s new focus on “living not aging.” Executive Council member Rich Carothers was interviewed Jan. 25 about free preventive care service for Medicare recipients and changes in the Medicare Part D Doughnut Hole. Davis talked about AARP Oklahoma’s State Legislative Priorities Feb. 8 and on Feb. 15, in honor of Valentine’s Day, volunteers Joan and Bob Quatro gave tips on keeping romance alive after you’ve been married a long time.
“This forum gives us the opportunity to mix topical information, like legislative priorities, alongside information on relationships, travel, finances and AARP programs,” Davis said. “We’ll also be featuring the stories of AARP volunteers who make a difference in their communities as well as fun features on our members.”

You can now keep up with AARP Oklahoma on a new weekly television segment.
