The Big 5-Oh: April 23 The host of Lopez Tonight on TBS jokes that as a poor kid he never had birthday parties: "Chuck E. Cheese? You wanna see a mouse, pull the refrigerator out!" Last year, for his 49th-birthday show, Jennifer Lopez topped things off in a Marilyn Monroe-style gown, sexily crooning "Happy Birthday." The comic's 17-year marriage to his wife, Ann — who in 2005 gave him a kidney — ended last November. But his ratings are up with Conan O'Brien as his lead-in. Along with Desi Arnaz, Freddie Prinze, and Paul Rodriguez, Lopez is one of only four Hispanic actors to headline a sitcom. How loco is that?
