Everett Fenton Gidley Diane Keaton's home in 2007 Alfred Newman House, Pacific Palisades (1948) Keaton purchased another Lloyd Wright design — this one named for a fellow Oscar winner, composer — in 2007 and sold it three years later for $10.75 million.
