Author Marilyn Tam had a successful career as a marketing executive at huge companies such as Nike and Reebok, but walked away from the business world to start a quest for happiness. The result of Tam's search is her new book The Happiness Choice: The 5 Decisions That Will Take You From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be, which examines the choices people can make to increase their happiness quotient. Tam says the five areas that people should focus their energy on are money, relationships, spiritual life, , and community involvement.
